This review is based on having the monitor for 2 days, I will update later if I have any problems. Specifically the Acer H226HQL 21.5in monitor. First of all, the monitor looks great. I thought the picture looked clunky but this looks amazing, especially for the price. Picture quality is also great, looks way better than I thought possible. I have an Aspire A515-51 Laptop. I also have an Acer H226HQL external monitor. Now through conventional means I would usually plug the hdmi cable from the monitor into the laptop, go into my display settings, and click detect and the monitor is supposed to connect but it doesn't work for me.

| Monitor overclocking worse on Dual Link DVI So I have a GTX 960 and am using a Acer H226HQL and I got it to 76hz on HDMI and thought ok a dual link DVI would go faster I haven't been able to get even to there only to 70hz can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong? |

| RE: Monitor overclocking worse on Dual Link DVI That monitor has single-link DVI. Using a dual-link DVI cable won't make a difference. You need to patch the video driver to go beyond 165 MHz pixel clock with single-link DVI monitors. |
